Meet Susan Gibson, Associate Broker:

Susan is a native of the Waynesboro, Staunton, Harrisonburg, Augusta County and Rockingham County Virginia area with many years of real estate experience. She has developed a deep knowledge of the area, its people and its neighborhoods. Her husband, Larry, is a building contractor and owner/operator of a new construction business, called L&S Contracting. He takes pride in doing quality construction. He is always aware that he is in not just building a house, he is building someone's home. He builds houses in the Waynesboro, Staunton, Augusta County areas of Virginia.  

In fact, Susan discovered her passion for real estate by initially selling the houses that Larry built. Although she specializes in new construction, Susan excels in sales of every property type. She also loves working with all phases of the real estate process, from first-time homebuyers to baby boomers wanting to retire. 

Susan has an Associate Broker's real estate license. Her devotion to her clients and dedication to producing excellent results have been recognized by the Circle of Excellence Awards for 2004, 2005 and 2006. In 2006 she also received the highest award that her company, Real Estate III offer, the Diamond Club. 

Susan realizes that the buying or selling of the family home is not just a real estate transaction to her clients. It is one of the most important decisions that they will make. MEET TAMMY WILES, Associate Broker! 

Tammy became acquainted with the Staunton, Waynesboro, Harrisonburg Area at a young age when her father moved here to fill a position as Senior Pastor of one of our local churches in 1981. She later graduated from The Augusta County school system, left the area to meet her husband in Maryland and start a family of her own. In 1999 she was compelled to move back to the beautiful Shenandoah Valley where she could be reunited with her family, friends, and surroundings. Shortly after settling into the area she was offered a position with an independent commercial real estate office as a real estate assistant, after which, she obtained her real estate sales license and began her career in real estate marketing and sales. Tammy has since obtained her Associate Broker’s license.

Coming from a family that specializes in building moderate to luxury style homes in Staunton, Waynesboro, and Augusta County by utilizing only quality materials and an experienced team of quality craftsmen to construct the home the way YOU want it, she is COMMITTED to serving you with integrity and educating you on the aspects of buying, selling or building your home.
